The hotel had a positive feel, with clean, quiet rooms and great air conditioning. The subway is only a short walk away, which made the location excellent. I did find the hotel parking a bit expensive, and breakfast, which wasn't included, also seemed pricey.

The breakfast buffet on the sixth floor was generous, and the room was clean with enough space. The bathroom and shower area were quite large, and there were water, coffee, and tea supplies in the room. Staff were friendly and helpful, even though check-in and check-out are done by yourself on a tablet, which was still easy. Parking by lift outside the room is an innovative idea. The corridors could use clearer signs pointing to the elevators.

The room was dirty, with plenty of dust, grease marks on the bedside table, and a window facing the car balcony that was smeared and covered in marks. Breakfast felt expensive for the quality. The option to park your car on the room balcony is a plus, but from my experience I'd recommend V8 Hotel Kölm at Motorworld.

Staying here was a bucket list item for me, and having security for our car that can't be matched means I still want to give this a five-star rating. The staff were incredibly kind, so this is five stars for reasons beyond the usual three choices. I hope they see this, especially the man working reception in the afternoons. Thank you, sir, and thanks to all the staff.
