Christine at the front office was so helpful during my stay from 24.11.25 to 26.11.25. My university schedule was packed, with no time to check in or sort out my luggage, and she made sure I could keep it in my room. Her warm, friendly manner made the stay better. Things have improved a lot since 2021. Back then, the receptionist didn't know how to speak English or help guests who didn't speak German. Now the desk has bilingual staff. I'll keep staying here as long as the experience stays consistent.

The rooms were clean, comfortable, and nice. I stayed just one night after a concert at the Mitsubishi Halle, and it was handy that dogs were allowed. Perfectly fine for what I needed.

A good budget option, with a metro stop right across the road that takes you straight to the alt stad. The staff are really friendly, and the rooms are always clean.

The staff were really friendly and let me switch rooms right away when the first one had a strong cigarette smell. They handled that quickly, which I appreciated. Still, I wouldn't really recommend the hotel. Street noise carries into the rooms, and the carpet gives the hallways a musty smell, like it hasn't been replaced in decades.

I slept really well, thanks. The room was spotless, with soap, toilet paper, towels, a hair dryer, TV, and enough plugs. The shower was good, the bed soft and comfortable, and there's air conditioning. The tram stop nearby makes it loud with the window open, but closing it shuts out the sound. Parking is free, which is almost fantastic. Reception was polite, friendly, and spoke English. The only thing I missed was a small fridge, and the price felt worth it.
