Hyatt Regency Düsseldorf

The rooms were beautiful and had amazing views. In Düsseldorf, Donica at the concierge desk showed us around and explained the Regency Club hours. Miller in the Regency Club was attentive and helped us pick beers and cocktails to suit our tastes, since we hadn’t visited Düsseldorf before. The club itself was wonderful. We stayed at the Hyatt in Paris, Köln, and Düsseldorf during our month in Europe and were pleased each time. We’ve regretted the few times we chose Hilton instead. Hyatt has consistently met the service and accommodation standards we expect, and staff like Miller make us confident we’ll have a great stay. We’ll choose Hyatt whenever it’s available. The location was wonderful and we had a great stay, though our first visit was better than the second. On checkout day, housekeeping came to our door at 8 AM and woke us while we were still asleep. We didn’t expect to be disturbed so early, and housekeeping shouldn’t come before we’ve checked out.

Our guests from Turkey were very pleased, especially with the views, the service, and how comfortable everything was. The hotel is right on the Rhine in MedienHafen, which makes the location excellent. From the rooms and restaurant, the river looks stunning both day and night. The modern architecture fits in with the surrounding glass towers, while the interiors still feel warm, elegant, and relaxing. Having breakfast or a drink in the evening and watching the city lights reflect on the river is memorable. For business or a city visit, it stands out in Düsseldorf for its setting, views, and atmosphere.

It’s quiet, though getting into the city center takes a long walk. The room was in a mess when my partner arrived, even though I’d announced the arrival four times, including the time. Coffee and tea in the lobby used to be free, but now you have to pay while waiting to check in. After I broke some glass, I called twice before anyone came to clean it.
