Steigenberger Icon Parkhotel Düsseldorf

The staff made the stay, especially Mr. Qasem at reception. He was helpful, professional, genuinely focused on guests, and went out of his way to make sure we had what we needed. The porter was kind and attentive as well, with a warm manner. The hotel was amazingly clean, comfortable, and beautifully maintained, and everything went well from start to finish. We'd highly recommend it and would love to return.

Edona at the front desk helped us choose a room that suited us and followed up to make sure every detail was right. Her attentiveness and dedication stood out during our six-night stay at the Steigenberger Icon Parkhotel in Düsseldorf. The staff were consistently professional and courteous, and made us feel welcome. The elegant lobby and inviting bar have old-world charm, while the well-maintained facilities and atmosphere balance luxury with comfort. The high standard of service and refined surroundings made for a fantastic stay. Highly recommended.

I was very happy with the nice room and excellent service, and the hotel is incredibly close to the Opera House. I had a Sunday flight and needed to return a rented suit on Monday. The hotel kindly helped me find the nearest DHL access point and sort it out.

The room and restaurants are wonderful, but what sets the Steinberger IconPark Hotel apart is the customer service. I'm a business traveler from the U.S., and after a business dinner I lost my wallet in a taxi on the way back. When I noticed it missing the next morning, I called the front desk. They took full ownership of sorting it out: without knowing the taxi number or company, they tracked down the company and driver, handled all the communication, and arranged for my wallet to be returned to the hotel within hours, with all the money, credit cards, and IDs intact. I was in town for the Euroshop Fair and had meetings all day, but they kept me updated by phone throughout the morning. It was extraordinary. Lots of businesses brag about service; Steinberger IconPark Hotel proved it. They've made a customer for life. I'll never stay anywhere else when I'm in Germany.
