The conference room I rented for a business meeting over Saturday and Sunday was clean, a good size for a small group, and looked after by staff who kept it supplied with coffee and water. The hotel itself was clean and well maintained, and everyone was friendly and helpful. I stayed five nights and the room was basically cleaned every day. The breakfast buffet had pretty much everything I needed, including really good coffee. The location was handy, about a 7-8 minute walk from central station, with taxis outside and plenty of restaurants and fast food nearby. I'll definitely come back.

Breakfast ran from around 7AM till 10AM and was well laid out, with lots of food choices and fresh drinks. The staff also left a very positive impression, everyone was friendly and attentive. My employer had booked the hotel in advance, and when I arrived I was unsure about the location, which seemed a bit “sketchy”. I didn't have any bad encounters or get stared at, though. The room felt a bit old fashioned and could use a refresh, but nothing out of the ordinary. This may be a personal preference, but I missed having an additional inside lock on the room. I'd be happy to come back.

The breakfast had a really good range of tasty food and drinks, and there’s a handy little self-service shop in the lobby that stays open 24 hours. The hotel itself is elegant, and my clean room had a nice view.

I was there for an event, not an overnight stay, so I can’t comment on the rooms. The event service and provisions were great, and staff were friendly and helpful. It’s useful to be able to validate parking tickets as parking is hard to find in the area. The toilets were clean, and being close to both a train station and a subway station made getting around convenient.
