Short version: no. Avoid it at all costs. The cigarette smell was awful everywhere, and we had to keep the windows open just to breathe. It was dirty, with stuff on the walls and ceiling and cigarette burns. The place felt old and rotten. The beds, sheets, and pillows were terrible; towels were grey and smelled like they came from another room. The door locks could be opened by pushing the latch with a needle. The bathroom fan sounded like a jet engine, and instead of cleaning it, they just ask you to switch it off so people in the city can sleep. There was no hair dryer, iron or ironing board, shampoo, breakfast, fridge, or cookware. There weren't any places to eat within a 30-minute walk, so getting a decent breakfast was physically impossible. The hosts were slow and rude. There was a city tax of €3 per night, payable in cash, and they didn't seem to know about card payments. Without cash, you'd have to walk about 30 minutes to an ATM. They wouldn't give us the keys or let us leave our heavy things until we brought them €3 in coins. I was going to give it two stars because the windows were large, the view was okay, and the water worked. But after checkout, I left the keys on the table as I'd been explicitly told, at the agreed time. An hour later the host called, screaming that I had to come back with them or she'd go to the police using my passport information. I told her about five times that they were on the table under a piece of paper, but she kept yelling and threatening me. She eventually found them on the six-inch table after 40 minutes, then hung up without even saying sorry.
