Breakfast was fantastic, with a generous buffet and the option to order fish freshly prepared by the chef. Jean, who I believe was working Sunday morning, was attentive and made sure everything was just right. The staff really made the stay for me. Simone, Camila, and Carmen were especially warm, professional, and caring, and went out of their way to make things comfortable. The location was ideal, a 2-minute walk from Königsallee and about 15 minutes on foot from Altstadt Düsseldorf. I couldn’t find anything negative, everything exceeded my expectations, and I’d gladly return.

Ilona deserves a special mention. She was professional, polite, pleasant to talk with, and helped us sort out several issues. We stayed at this wonderful hotel in Düsseldorf during Christmas in December. The rooms were beautiful, the location was fantastic, and breakfast was an excellent surprise. We’ll definitely come back in summer. Thank you for the hospitality!

Ilona made breakfast feel welcoming each morning with her smile. She was attentive, energetic, and lovely to talk to, and made sure the little details were taken care of. After a long day, the clean, cozy room was a peaceful place to unwind. I slept wonderfully and left feeling comfortable and cared for. 😊

We only came for breakfast and weren’t staying at the hotel, but the welcome and service were outstanding. Everyone was friendly, from reception, especially Camil, through to the breakfast room. Jean, the F&B Manager, was particularly welcoming and kind. If we’re in the area again, we’d prefer to book a room here. The hospitality was much better than at the hotel where we were staying.

I was there for four nights on a business trip and felt well looked after. The rooms were spacious, clean, and comfortable. Every staff member was friendly and attentive, greeting me with a warm smile. Thanks especially to Jacklyn, who was always cheerful and friendly.
