We've enjoyed our stays at the Carlton Mayfair whenever we visit Dusseldorf. It's only a few steps to the tram, and the location is tops. The rooms are consistently clean and comfortable, and the customer-friendly staff provide excellent service. We look forward to coming back.

It's a great spot if you're going to the trade fair, with a nice walk through the park to get there in the morning. The beds were fine, and the staff were friendly and helpful. Still, the place feels a bit run down, and the cleaning could be more thorough. The online photos must have been taken quite a while ago.

A good base for a conference at Messe. I could walk to the convention in 10 minutes, and the train was just a minute away. There's an Aldis across the street and a small kiosk within walking distance. Perez was really kind and helpful.

Our room had much more space than we expected, with complimentary coffee and enough room for several bags. The staff welcomed us warmly and were friendly and familiar. It's close to the Messe and Fortuna's stadium, and the area was quiet over the weekend. There are a few grocery stores nearby, and free parking on the main street.

They hadn't prepared the right number of beds. When we arrived and asked them to fix it, they canceled our reservation instead and tried to keep half the deposit. The worst hotel experience ever. Beware! Take any reply from them with a grain of salt. They respond nastily to one-star reviews or try to discredit the reviewer.
