The night cost €380, yet there was no coffee machine or tea in the room. My husband and I couldn't figure out how to set the climate system, which was on heat. We woke up feeling like we were in a sauna. I called reception ten times and nobody answered. In the end, the restaurant staff helped me.

We stayed here with our son, and the room was perfectly clean and comfortable. His sofa was a nice surprise, really big and looked comfortable enough to sleep on. The hotel is in a nice location, about a 20-minute walk from the airport. I'd absolutely recommend it, and we'd stay again if we have a night flight from DUS airport in the future.

We were here for one night before an early flight, and everything was great. The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, and made us feel welcome. The rooms are new, clean, and comfortable. I'd stay again.

The hash browns at breakfast were white and mushy. They should be fried until brown and crispy. Breakfast did have a waffle machine, though. The staff were friendly, attentive, and polite. Ilir and Samit in the restaurant, the two women on night shifts at the Front Desk, and all the gentlemen in HSKP who looked after cleanliness deserve a mention. The rooms were comfortable, clean, and quiet. Communication could be better. I emailed before arrival to request a room type and got no reply. The first room wasn't up to my standard, but two friendly Front Desk associates helped me find a suitable one on the third attempt.

It's an okay hotel, but definitely not four stars. The rooms don't have kettles, the Wi-Fi didn't work properly, and parking for customers costs €20. The breakfast staff were mostly kind, but they made so much noise. They even used a vacuum cleaner right next to us while we were eating, which was totally unacceptable. Four stars? I don't think so.
