We were completely satisfied, everything was just right. We’ll recommend the apartment and rent it again when we return to Bad Birnbach.

The town is easy to get around and has everything you could want, and the thermal baths are fantastic. Our holiday apartment was cozy, well equipped, and in a beautiful spot. The landlords were super friendly and helpful, and we had nothing to complain about. We may come back in the fall.

We spent a week at Franzl's holiday apartments with the Weiß family and really enjoyed it. The apartment was lovely, clean, and furnished with care. We felt relaxed and comfortable at the Rottaltherme spa too. We’d love to come back.

We stayed for a week in April 2025 and would gladly return. The location was both quiet and central, and the landlord was consistently friendly and accommodating. The apartment was clean, new, and had everything needed for everyday use.

Spotlessly clean and well kept, with very friendly hosts. A really nice apartment. 👍
