The area is fantastic, we love returning, and the locals are very friendly. The landlady was very nice too. We stayed for two weeks in the basement apartment, though we weren’t so keen on the apartment itself. The kitchen wasn’t fully equipped, and it was damp in places, musty smelling, and rather dark.

There weren’t enough patio chairs or cushions, and the sun loungers were broken. Some of the furniture also felt neither modern nor practical. We couldn’t find suitable pot lids, and descaling the coffee machine didn’t help.

It’s actually very quiet, though it can get quite loud if children are staying in one of the apartments. The place is reasonably priced, so the amenities aren’t the newest, and the landlords are friendly. Tall people may find the upper floor unsuitable. The Wi-Fi is good enough for TV, depending on how many people are using it. There’s a telephone in the room that can be reached from outside. For insurance purposes, it would be useful if the bike parking area could be locked or had a place to chain bikes up. Even with an e-bike, the last few meters up the hill are a struggle.

The landlords are really nice, and it’s very quiet overall. The apartment is large, with clean, tidy rooms, and even the couch is comfortable to sleep on. Wi-Fi works well enough across several devices. I found it very comfortable and have no complaints.
