Chalet am Bach

There are several hiking trails right near the house, and shops are only a 10-minute drive away. For a rainy day, the Rottal Therme spa is a good tip. We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. Our three families shared the two apartments, and there was plenty of space for everyone. The generous outdoor area had lots of places to sit or lie down and take in the scenery. We highly recommend the Chalet am Bach, owned by the Lagies family. We’ll definitely be back.

From the terrace, the view across the fields and forest was enchanting. My dog loved the large lawn and its attached playground. I also liked the security features, including motion detectors and keyless entry. I’d never seen that before. The holiday home is modern and inviting. Everything inside was spotless, especially the bathrooms, which were hygienic and in perfect condition. The spacious shower and bathtub showed no mold or wear at all. There’s a washing machine and dryer, which is unusual in holiday apartments, and they’ve thought of everything in every room, even hypoallergenic pillows. The modern furniture looked almost new, and it felt like home. I’ll definitely book this favorite again. I visit this lovely, down-to-earth spa region several times a year.

It’s our fourth visit this year, and the chalet feels a bit like coming home. We spent a wonderful, quiet, relaxing time with you from January 1st to Epiphany, and now we can start the new year refreshed. Bad Birnbach is only a 5-minute drive away, with its charming market square, picturesque streets, restaurants, and shops. You can reach lots of places by car, and hiking trails begin right at the doorstep. The apartment is perfectly furnished for a quiet break. With forest, fields, and meadows all around, it’s easy to unwind.
