We stopped here for accommodation on our way through and were welcomed and served very warmly. The apartment was cozy, and the breakfast we added was generous and varied. We’d happily stay again. Wishing the Höchemer family a lovely Advent season. Iris and Thomas Richards

A great place to stay in Bad Bocklet. The welcome was friendly, the accommodation comfortable, and the view was lovely. Breakfast was fantastic too.

We felt completely welcome and comfortable, thanks in large part to the owners’ warm hospitality. The accommodation is beautifully furnished, very well equipped, and has a lovely view. It’s peaceful and a great place to unwind, while still being well placed for trips into the countryside, hospital visits, or errands. We’d highly recommend staying here.

We especially appreciated how friendly the host family was. The apartment was cozy, clean, and pleasantly furnished, and the generous breakfast was a lovely way to start the day.

We were three, two adults and one child, and booked a holiday apartment in this guesthouse for four days. It had what we needed for everyday life. The large bathroom and well-equipped kitchen were highlights, along with the living room and its terrace overlooking a Rhön valley. Guests can use the swimming pool on the neighboring property, which belongs to the same family. The one shared terrace and garden are large, but three apartments use them, so privacy isn’t always guaranteed. To reach the pool, you have to pass one of the apartments. If that doesn’t bother you, it’s an easy place to enjoy a few carefree days. During peak season we paid just over €110 a night for three nights in the spacious apartment, which seemed perfectly reasonable. We recommend it and give it five stars. 👍
