The neighborhood was nice, and having a Lidl just around the corner was handy. I was there for a two-week work trip and would absolutely stay again. It was friendly, comfortable, and well priced, with good public transportation nearby. Our group had nice conference facilities, and my room came with a wonderful breakfast.

H at the front desk was kind and helpful, and the location is great. The room was nice and clean, though I spotted a little mold in the shower. For the price I expected it to be cleaner, but aside from that it was okay. The fridge had sparkling water only, no still water.

The hotel was nice and clean, and I liked seeing fresh fruit at the entrance. But the bathroom smelled strongly of mold, and the pillows felt ancient and horribly uncomfortable. I could put up with the bathroom smell; losing sleep because of bad hotel pillows isn't acceptable.

Getting around on foot to most of central Berlin was easy. The hotel itself was boring, with dated rooms that weren't especially nice. The small TV couldn't stream my media, and the bathroom had a strange smell. Staff were nothing special, just doing the minimum in terms of service. Don't bother with breakfast, it really isn't worth it.
