Linden-Palais Wohnung 03

The underground parking was excellent, and the reception staff were friendly and competent. We booked apartment 38 at the Lindenpalais. It has two terraces and is generally beautiful, but the cleanliness and hygiene were seriously lacking. We paid a fair amount for cleaning, so we expected a clean apartment. We’ve never had a vacation apartment this dirty. We can’t recommend it.

The balcony view is lovely, the beach is close, and it’s an ideal spot for anyone looking for peace and quiet. Everything was clean, and the underground garage and elevator were highlights for us. We also really liked the café’s breakfast and cake selection. We stayed in apartment 34 from February 11th to 16th, 2025, and were welcomed very warmly. But we couldn’t get used to the hard IKEA mattresses. Even the mattress topper provided didn’t help with the firmness or the dip, so we can’t book this apartment again. We’ve already spent a 10-day holiday at the Linden Palais four times, always in a different apartment, and the time flies by. We feel completely at home and welcome there with our two furry friends 🐶 🐩. 😍🥰 On arrival, we were glad to see the Meerfun office inside the building. We quickly picked up the apartment key and headed to the underground car park, where spaces are numbered to match the apartments. There are two elevators, depending on which apartment you’ve rented, so it’s easy to bring your luggage up. Small signs by the apartment doors show the matching numbers, too. Every apartment we’ve stayed in has been beautifully furnished and well equipped, and the beds were already made with a set of towels waiting for us. So far, each one has been clean and tidy. The sea view is especially lovely from the higher apartments, and the beach is just a stone’s throw away. It’s wonderfully quiet in the off-season, without the crowds. Rostock, Warnemünde, and the Ghost Forest are an easy drive from here. 👻 In the entrance to the complex there’s the Schwanen Café & Bistro and a fashion boutique. The hallways have framed pictures of the Molli or the Alexandrinen Cottage... The grounds are neat and well kept, with a small playground facing the sea. On arrival day, you get an email when the apartment is ready. Inside, there’s a box with soap, 🧼 dishcloths, and other basics. First-time visitors can get friendly, detailed advice about the front door key and underground parking. The Linden Palais was built in 2016 and has 39 holiday apartments. It fits perfectly among the surrounding pearl chain of spa architecture. I don’t think I need to say more, we’ll be back and are already looking forward to it! 😉🐶🐩🥰

We had a wonderful short break in Apartment 4 at Linden Palais. The beach is only 100 meters away, and the building is in excellent shape and very well maintained. Each apartment has its own underground parking space, and you can get to the apartments by stairs or elevator. Highly recommended.
