Breakfast was great, and the receptionist who checked me in was lovely. The checkout was a different experience: the lady there, with very short hair, seemed annoyed that I wanted to check out and didn't ask how the stay had been. It was super overcrowded, with no chance of getting one of the pool chairs, and you can imagine how packed the sauna must have been. Dogs are allowed, and the walls are thin as paper, so I was unlucky enough to have a barking dog next door. I love dogs, but constant barking that disrupts your sleep is annoying. The hotel was ok-ish, but not enough for a 4 star superior. There are much better options than this. Stay away.

The breakfast buffet is superb, and any request you might have is only moments away. Mr. Toby and Frau Kraus are excellent resources and family-friendly servers, and we look forward to seeing them every year. The staff are pleasant and courteous, and the amenities are there to enjoy and appreciate. This is a wellness hotel with leading technologies in spa and wellness. It's a top-notch German hotel in the middle of the Rheinenpfalz region, with shopping, dining, and adventure nearby if you're willing to venture out. My wife and family have been coming for several years, and we love it here. Thank you to everyone for another beautiful stay. We'll spend many more vacations here.

We found a room at the last minute while traveling. The staff were professional and hospitable, and the rooms modern and clean. The breakfast was off the hook! I wish we'd had more time to make use of the amazing spa facilities. We'd stay again, highly recommend.

The spa is excellent and this place is perfect for taking it easy. The rooms are good and well maintained, though don't be surprised if you hear voices or a toilet flushing next door. The walls seem thin enough to let you hear everything, so the privacy is a bit of a joke.
