I’d never heard of Hotel prinz eitel before, but I’m glad I came across it. The rooms were clean, the price is hard to beat, and the lady there was really kind. I even got to borrow a phone charger after forgetting mine. I’m sure I’ll be back. Many blessings and praise the lord and creator.

We enjoyed the stay and the breakfast, and it was affordable. The rooms are a little dated, but they were fine. Bad Ems is beautiful and the hotel is in lovely surroundings.

The owner was so welcoming, and breakfast was delicious. We’d recommend some general improvements to help bring the place back to its former glory.

After driving hundreds of kilometers, being told there was no room was the last thing I needed. My firma booked a room two hours before I arrived, and the reservation was confirmed with a room number and everything. But at reception, a woman speaking bad German with a Russian accent said I had no reservation. The hotel is in the center, though the condition inside is apparent from outside. One star is too much for this hotel. I don't recommend it.

Breakfast was super, with a much bigger choice than I expected. I also met some other people from England who'd stayed before and would probably stay here again. It’s a lovely little hotel, nice and clean, though the decor feels stuck in the sixties and could use some updating.
