Park Hotel Berlin

After a long day on the road, this was a comfortable place to stop, and I felt ready to drive again the next morning. My room was clean and spacious, with a nice bathroom. The staff were all really kind, and breakfast starts at 7 am. It’s dog friendly, though pets cost a little extra. There’s a spacious car park and an Indian restaurant inside the hotel, plus two gas stations nearby and shops like Lidl. It’s 3 km from the highway exit and 80 km south of Hamburg. I paid 80 for a single room, which seemed okay, though it could be cheaper for travelers staying briefly, say checking in at 7 or 8 pm and leaving at 7 or 8 am. That might bring in more customers. We reserved breakfast and a time for it the night before, and everything was set up for us in the morning. Breakfast was pretty good, and the staff were friendly. We booked a family room and got a spacious one on the second floor, with a balcony looking over the green garden. The other room I booked on the ground floor had less space. A good stop on the way to Serengeti park.

It was quiet and comfortable, and both the hotel and restaurant were excellent. Highly recommend.

I had a great stay while I was there for my bodybuilding show. The location right by the park is amazing, and the staff were so friendly and helpful with everything.
