The breakfast buffet has plenty of choice, and the food is very good. The thermal spa area is lovely too, with something for everyone. Staff were incredibly friendly and accommodating. We’re really satisfied :)

Small first-world gripes 😉: the room has just one table, and it’s too low to reach your knees. Why pair that with a beanbag instead of a proper chair? The other odd thing is the transponder card. To use the toilet in the otherwise very luxurious bathroom, you have to go get your things and take the card, or you can’t get back in afterward. If it’s urgent, what do you do? Use the large urinal, apparently 🙄

The sauna area was lovely, and sauna master Siggi is a real Bavarian original. His infusions are something you have to experience. We were also very well looked after by the staff, and the food was top-notch, Michelin-star quality. As always, we were very satisfied and are already looking forward to coming back. I’d give six stars if I could.

The apartments are basic and functional, but very clean. The hotel next door, which is part of the same place, is fantastic, and guests can also use its wonderful wellness area.
