It's about an 8-minute walk to the spa promenade, and there's parking available. Across the street is a small but nice café. In the morning, bread rolls can be delivered to the front door, with payment through a coin slot. For a short break, the kitchen had everything we needed, even coffee grounds and filters. The apartment was clean and cozy, with a corner bench, two fold-out/Murphy beds, a sofa, and a sunny balcony with folding chairs. It's not a hotel or luxury place, but for the price it's absolutely recommendable.

The building doesn't look particularly attractive from the outside, but the renovated hallways and rooms, the helpful and friendly ladies at the apartment rental agency, and the central location more than make up for it. The price is very reasonable too, so I'd highly recommend it. Many of the apartments are beautifully renovated. I was lucky to get apartment 2, which was brand new and could easily fit two people. I've already booked it again for my next vacation, when I'll be going with my wife. Haus Hamburg is centrally located, with a bus stop, bread roll delivery, and bakery/café just across the street. A café/restaurant with senior-friendly meals and a lunch menu is only 50 meters away. The thermal baths, town center, and parks are all a few minutes' walk. Bad Füssing is worth visiting, with three thermal baths, lots of affordable restaurants, and Austria just around the corner. There's something for everyone, starting with Haslinger...
