Good spot.

The room was small for us, and the mattress condition wasn't great, but we were otherwise very satisfied and would happily return if the chance comes up. The hotel is fairly central in Bad Füssing, and while it seemed clean on first impression, it's a little dated. Both the room and bathroom felt cluttered. The service was truly excellent. The warm, genuinely friendly woman from Morocco who served in the restaurant deserves a special mention. Her manner was remarkable. She made every morning start perfectly, and our evenings ended on a lovely note.

I was pleasantly surprised and expect to book again soon. The hotel is very central, with everything a short distance away. I'd give the room, food, friendliness, service, and cleanliness four stars across the board.

The staff were very friendly and accommodating, but on our second visit we came away a bit disappointed. The room was much too small for two, and the food had dried out from being reheated for too long. They should vary the cold cuts and offer something different each day.

It's especially peaceful here, and Therme 1 is only a five-minute walk away. The hotel also has its own spa, which is a nice extra. Rooms feel fairly modern, while the atmosphere is more traditional. A good fit if you're after some quiet.
