When we got there, nobody from reception was around. The only person in charge seemed to be a waiter from the hotel restaurant, and he was rude and negative. He said abruptly that he wouldn't search for our Booking.com reservation or even check the computer, then sent us away. We'd booked the room through Booking.com.

I only stopped by to get a feel for the place. I was satisfied, and I've already booked two weeks for October.

The hotel could use some updating, but it was clean and the staff were friendly and attentive. It's also easy to get around on foot from here. We liked being able to book on its own, instead of having to take a package like at many other spa hotels. The price for what we got seemed excellent.

We were very happy with the hotel and what it offered. We booked our health retreat through Akon, and the hotel also runs its own events.

Breakfast was generous, tasty, and kept getting topped up. The rooms are older, but everything was clean and in good order. The staff were very friendly, and the center and thermal baths are just a short walk away. I can only recommend the place.
