The staff made a strong impression from the first greeting in the lobby through dinner and checkout. They were consistently polite, friendly, helpful, and very accommodating. Having the same dinner service team and table was a nice touch, since they could learn what we liked and cater to us better. The food was very good, especially the impressive desserts. In the morning, we chose that evening’s menu from a broad classic buffet breakfast. After dinner, we could unwind in the lobby or head to the bar, which had an interesting cocktail selection. The afternoon cakes with tea or coffee in the lobby were another little highlight we always enjoyed. The hotel is centrally located, though the town itself is small, and there’s an underground connection to the Spring complex. Easy hikes are available nearby. Parts of the hotel seem to have been renovated and upgraded, and it made a good impression compared with many older buildings in the area. The rooms were generally calm, but soundproofing around the entrance door was poor. The spa treatment area is quite small for the number of guests, so it may be worth booking treatments ahead or going to the spa center at the springs complex.

The gala dinner was a real highlight: we were lucky to be there for a five-course menu, and it was just perfect. Breakfast was unbelievably delicious too, with great options. My girlfriend and I stayed one night at hotel Drei Quellen and didn’t regret it at all. It’s in a beautiful area right beside the Kur Park, with several scenic hikes and walks nearby. The hotel itself is gorgeous and has great spa offers. Our room was outstanding, very clean and spacious, with Bavarian charm that didn’t feel clichéd and a beautiful bathroom. The rain shower was awesome. The staff were professional, friendly, and attentive, and they fulfilled all our wishes and expectations, then went beyond them. I’d recommend staying here without hesitation, even just for one night. We loved it, 5/5!

We’re here now and having a fantastic stay. The hotel and staff are great, and the food is amazing. I’m df and gf, and they’ve handled that well. I can’t fault any part of the trip. Reception have been really helpful with things like booking golf.

The evenings get a bit boring unless you’re with your mate, but the place is cute and clean, with a very friendly staff. I love the pool and wellness areas. The restaurant impressed me, and the food was super. The barbecue evening was everything.

The hotel pool is extremely small, and the other pools shown in the promotional pictures belong to the public spa and cost extra. The images from management completely misled us. This resort seems intended for guests aged 60 and over, who make up most of the visitors. The 4-star quality may have been there 30 years ago, but sadly the place hasn’t been updated at all.
