Haus Antina

The restaurant discount voucher for the place right on the promenade was a nice extra. The apartments feel very new after the renovation, and the shared kitchen and lounge are downstairs, with a fridge for each room. Everything was clean and tidy, and drinks are available at cost. We were also welcomed warmly, and the location is great. Absolutely perfect!

The beach is an easy walk away, and the station is only about 100-200 meters from Haus Antina. The location is exceptionally good: turn left twice outside and you’re on the main shopping street. We stayed during the second week of the Easter holidays, and the whole house looked beautifully decorated and newly renovated. Breakfast wasn’t included, as we knew from booking, but the communal kitchen with its lockable fridge was excellent. The beds were incredibly comfortable, the bathroom and especially the shower were fantastic compared with other hotels, and the room even had a large TV, impressive for a hotel. I highly recommend it. You get a lot for a fair price.

The kitchen was well equipped, with a fridge for every room, and water and beer were available at reasonable prices. The discount at Chillers was great and worked without any trouble. I liked the quiet location, the decent Wi-Fi and the large TV, and the room itself was nice, though the bathroom was relatively small. It was unfortunately very noisy, and the concept didn’t quite convince me. Without room cleaning, it felt like an odd mix of holiday apartment and guesthouse. The outdoor area wasn’t very inviting to me, more suited to smokers 😃. I’d only book again depending on the alternatives and the price.

The rooms are brand new and centrally located, and we got a very warm welcome at Haus Antina. The shared kitchen is useful, and having a separate fridge and lockable drawers for each room is brilliant. I do have two suggestions for the landlord. The bathtub and shower area should be made slip-resistant, perhaps with stickers or bath mats. Also, the descriptions should say that most rooms are reached by 17 steps, which is difficult for guests who use walkers.
