The large rooms have kitchens, and the place is quaint and not too expensive. Still, the furniture is far too old, especially in the bathrooms. My shower head was literally coming apart from wear, and I spotted some roaches in the bathroom. Even so, it's a reasonable choice for Hanover Fair, thanks to the proximity to Göttingen railway station and the fair price.

It was cold in the room. Do they turn off the heat between 22:00 and 06:00 to save money? Why? 12.12.2018.

My guests were very happy with their rooms and the hospitality. They were also impressed by Göttingen, especially the beautiful city centre and its well-preserved old half-timbered houses. They were a little annoyed by some cyclists, who could be pretty reckless at times 😬😤😲. But I guess it's much the same in other student cities 😒...

The hotel and room were clean, but the place is old overall. For a price that's already quite high for this standard, breakfast isn't included, and what you can buy isn't especially plentiful or good. The rooms are very noisy, and you can hear other guests using the toilet and such. I wouldn't recommend it.
