We had a lovely, relaxing holiday in apartment number 10, though the location wasn't ideal for us. It's fairly remote, so you need a car, as we already knew. The price for what you get is very good, and the large shower in the nice bathroom was a plus. In winter, with only a few guests, it worked well. In summer I wouldn't like the big windows being so exposed, as I'd feel on display. We also found the mattresses quite soft and a bit worn.

Fresh bread rolls were available every morning at the farm shop, along with fresh eggs, yogurt, and drinks. There was even a lovely Christmas tree in the shop where we could leave our presents or order a tree for our apartment. We spent Christmas here last year and are already looking forward to coming again soon. Such a lovely family and great service! Greetings from Berlin

Our stay was very disappointing, especially the courtyard. The staff seemed rushed and were very unfriendly. We paid more than we would have on booking.com, and this holiday apartment doesn't come close to 5 stars. The room doors are crooked, and the grill we wanted to use was out of order because there was no gas cylinder. There was no microwave either. I can't recommend it. 😂

Apartment 10 was quiet and reasonably priced, and we loved our stay. The ground floor had a drinks cellar with something for everyone, plus an organic shop with fresh eggs, milk, bread rolls, sausage, cheese, yogurt, jam, and everything else. Inside, it was beautifully furnished and didn't feel worn at all. The bedroom furniture was wooden and looked brand new. There was a comfortable sofa in the living room, and the kitchenette had a four-burner cooktop, oven, refrigerator, and dishwasher. The large walk-in shower had a towel warmer.

The kids loved seeing all the animals, and we really appreciated how warmly the family welcomed us. We stayed five nights in the newly renovated apartments, which were beautifully designed and had everything we needed. Even the little farm shop had breakfast items. There’s plenty nearby, from the thermal baths just a short distance away to wildlife parks, outdoor activities, and Passau, all within a 30-minute drive. We loved our stay and will definitely return. Highly recommended.
