Ferienwohnung Wandl

We were there for a week to play golf, and the Wandl apartment suited us so well that we'd book it again in a heartbeat. It's quiet but very central, and our e-bikes had an easy place to stay. The apartment was clean, quiet, and fitted out with everything we needed, with excellent, spotless furnishings. You almost feel at home there. Mr. Wandl welcomed us warmly and shared some great cycling tour tips. Mrs. Wandl had left homemade jelly and a small bouquet of wildflowers in the kitchen. The jelly was absolutely delicious, thank you again! Just one small thing, the shower is on the small side, but manageable for a week.

The cold, snowy January weather gave me plenty of chances to use the cozy pellet stove, which made the apartment feel especially welcoming. It was very clean, and I felt completely at home. Mr. Wandl had lots of suggestions for outings, from thermal baths and cultural attractions to the beautiful nature nearby. Mrs. Wandl shared Brussels sprouts from her own garden, which I couldn't find in the shops, along with delicious homemade jelly. I had such a relaxing stay that I'll definitely come back when it's warmer and I can enjoy the lovely garden. Thanks for those wonderful days!

The owners were incredibly kind, and we felt almost at home in this spotless apartment. It had everything we needed. The area is great for outings with little kids too, and we especially liked the bird park in Ortenburg. Thanks, Wandl family, for a wonderful stay!

The hosts made us feel very welcome in this cozy, lovely holiday apartment. We could park right outside on the property.
