Bed'nBudget City - Hostel

It’s right in the center, close to the most popular places and along the red tourist line. The rooms, bathrooms, and toilets were clean. The only thing I didn’t like was that there’s no guest elevator. It wasn’t a problem for me, but some travelers had huge backpacks. This is one of the best hostels I’ve stayed in.

A common area, like a lounge or bar, would have been nice for meeting people or relaxing with friends. The location is really good, close to both the old town and the main train station. The rooms have what you’d want in a hostel, including personal plugs and lights, sheets, and towels, all good quality. If you’re there with friends, the WiFi fee of €5 for 24 hours isn’t expensive, and you can share it with them.

The hostel was attractive and clean, with friendly staff. But there are no storage lockers in the rooms or nearby hallways, so backpackers can’t leave their valuables somewhere secure. It’s a six-story walk-up with no elevator. Add lockers and an elevator, and it would be a five-star stay.

There are five floors and no lift, with two showers on each floor, one for men and one for women. I was on the fifth floor, and the women’s bathroom door didn’t lock, which was alarming. Many women chose to use the men’s shower and toilet instead, since that was the only one with a lock. The hostel is about a 10-minute walk from the train station.
