The waiters in the restaurant were attentive and very polite, but that couldn't make up for how disappointing the stay was. We wouldn't come back, and can't recommend the place. The hotel needs refurbishment. Nearly all the rooms and public areas have old, dirty carpets, which made the stay difficult for someone with a dust allergy, even though we had told the hotel in advance. Our room was dirty too. A strand of hair that clearly wasn't ours because it was a different color stayed in the same spot in the bathroom for the whole visit. The pool was okay, though paint was already peeling from parts of the ceiling. We couldn't try any spa treatments because the spa was closed during the busy season. The reception staff were impolite and unhelpful, which isn't what we'd expect from a four-star hotel. Parking is free in a public lot, or you can use the hotel's garage for €6 a day. All-inclusive drinks are served only at certain times, so even getting coffee in the afternoon depends on the schedule. At the New Year's Eve celebration, a glass of basic Prosecco cost €5.50. Other hotels of the same category give it out complimentary for an occasion like that.
