die POST Hotel

We stopped here with the family on our way south. One of the room keys didn't work at first, but the owner came straight over and fixed it. At breakfast the next morning, they let us put together sandwiches for the road. We can't thank them enough. What great service, thanks for everything!

The room was spacious, and they’ve done a good job giving it a modern feel. The restaurant's food is well prepared and there’s a good choice. For two people, one starter, two mains, dessert, and drinks came to about 90 euros. The reception was friendly from arrival through checkout, and the hotel makes a lovely first impression in the rural Allgäu. The downside was the lack of room service, and unfortunately my room was dirty. Guests should be able to expect cleanliness and no dust. I hope the polite, committed hoteliers address this soon. Even so, I’d recommend the hotel.

I enjoyed the hotel and the dinner, and the place looks nice. One small thing to improve: I couldn't find the WLAN password.

The room was large, new, and clean, and breakfast was decent. They speak English, more or less. It doesn't have much character, but it was very nice in the end.
