I was keen to book after seeing all the positive reviews, so I was shocked by how dismissive and arrogant the treatment was even before we arrived. I called with a simple question and explained that my mother would be in the room from 2 p.m. until midnight to care for my baby while we attended a wedding across the street. I only planned to stop in briefly to breastfeed. The response was curt and unwelcoming, followed straight away by, "But the room isn't for three people." I clarified that only my mother and the baby would be there, but got a vague, condescending explanation that they'd had bad experiences with several people ending up staying in a room. That makes no sense to me. Someone could stay overnight in any hotel room, whether it was booked for one person or more. The possibility is always there, and it doesn't justify treating guests as suspicious in advance. If this is how they treat people before they've even booked, I'll spend my money elsewhere. Despite all the good reviews, I strongly advise against staying here. This isn't hospitality.
