Parkhotel Flora

The views around the place are lovely, and the restaurant was pretty good too. I’d guess it’s the best place to eat in town. Our deluxe room for three adults was huge, with two bedrooms and big beds, two showers, and a living room/kitchen. This particular room had been renovated recently, so it felt fresh and clean, though I can’t say how the other rooms are. It had everything we needed even for a longer stay, except a washing machine. There was a dishwasher, though. The sauna was included in the price, and the place was very clean, child- and pet-friendly, and a great option for the money. Breakfast was good, especially the delicious crepes. Highly recommend!

We’ve stayed at Parkhotel Flora many times over the years, and it’s still our favourite place in Bad Grund. The cakes are our highlight. You can order them to take away and enjoy along the trail, and they’re top quality. The rooms are spacious and clean, and there’s a sauna at the hotel. The pool is just across the road, with hiking and mountain biking trails conveniently close by.

The room was clean and comfortable, and having a kitchen meant we could make some meals there. Good hotel, with nice service.

Both of our evening meals here were unforgettable, and the staff were fantastic. Our apartment felt a little dated, but extensive rebuilding work has recently begun. Looking forward to coming back.
