We chose it because the price was low, and the place itself is pleasant and quiet, close to the pedestrian street. I think we'll stay again next time we're in Bad Harzburg, but we'll bring a travel cooler for milk and things. There isn't breakfast or a refrigerator in the room, so after buying milk and butter at a supermarket before arriving, we couldn't keep them cold. We bring our own coffee machine, which worked well for us, but there's no way to heat water at the hotel. The toilet and bathroom are really small.

I had an emergency and couldn't make my reservation. They were very understanding and refunded everything I had paid. Super nice and cooperative. I'll definitely stay there in the future.

Right outside the door, the city center had places to get breakfast, which was handy since breakfast wasn't available during our stay, probably because it was off season. The location was great, and quiet too. Our room was comfortable and peaceful. We could hear the neighbors in the hallway, but not from inside the room. Villa Feise felt like a typical German hostel or hotel, not a supermodern boutique place, but everything was intact and very clean. The staff were super friendly and helpful.

We had a baby with us and were glad they provided a baby bed, blanket, and other things. Parking was free, and the location was okay. The hotel feels a little old-fashioned, and there were only retired people around us. But if you're after somewhere really quiet and peaceful, this is your choice.

It's family friendly and conveniently placed for getting to everything we needed to do in Bad Harzburg. I would've liked faster Wi-Fi, but the other things make it a very practical place.
