I won’t stay here again. The price was very high for what we got, with few services, especially when it came to room service. There was no tea or coffee setup, no mini bar, and none of the usual bathroom items like soap, hand cream, or a toothbrush. The old hair dryer didn’t work either. The hotel has an old style, dating back to the 1960s and 1970s.

The Tiroler room was really nice, with lots of wood and a comfortable feel, and everyone was very kind. I was invited to dinner at the actionsmenü, which takes place only 2 times a month. It was a buffet with great, exclusive food: carpaccio, lachs, different kinds of meat, fig mustard, and several desserts. There was as much white, rosé, and red wine as you could drink. It was a really nice evening, and I’ll visit again!

The breakfast was tasty and the service was good. My room was clean and spacious, though I found the lighting a little dim.

The people working there were friendly, and the prices weren’t high. It’s a nice, beautiful hotel near the Kurpark. I’ll come again.

The included breakfast was good, and the room was clean. Staff were friendly too.
