The apartment's condition and furnishings were just what we expected, and our dog was welcome too. Check-in and check-out were easy and friendly. We had a wonderful family Christmas holiday.

The hostess did so much to make our six-night stay special, and we had a delicious breakfast on the day we left. We felt right at home in the Sissi apartment at Haus Bergglühen. It was especially clean and comfortable, with tasteful, high-quality furnishings. We'd happily return and recommend Haus Bergglühen.

Gertrud was a wonderful host, always there with help and advice, and we'd love to stay again. The apartment felt like home, and relaxing there with the children was easy. We enjoyed morning and evening sunshine on the terrace. Inside, it was modern and very spacious, with everything needed for a pleasant stay, a beautiful bathroom, and a handy separate toilet.

The apartment wasn't properly cleaned, and we reported that to the landlady while we were there. The house itself is quite old and neglected in places. We rented the apartment again to give it another chance, then had to cancel seven weeks before the trip. That was when the landlady showed her true colors: she wouldn't refund any of the roughly €6,000 we'd paid in advance.

We had a fantastic view of the Iseler lake from the very comfortable beds. Our holiday apartment "Sissi" was new throughout, practical, and furnished with great taste. We'll definitely holiday there again.
