Pension Hirschbachwinkel

The one small thing that bothered us was the lack of hooks for hanging jackets in the room. Otherwise, we were very satisfied: the staff were friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was quiet and pleasant, and the food was excellent. We'll try the family room in August and hope for better weather then :-))

We arrived without a reservation, and even though every table was occupied, they quickly found a place for us. The welcome was very friendly. The meat was excellent quality, supplied by the butcher across the street, and you can really taste the difference. They even serve chamois meat. I would've liked a more unusual vegetarian option, but that doesn't change how satisfied we were. We'll happily come back.

There was plenty of tasty food at breakfast, and the staff were warm and helpful. Our room was clean and had enough space for two. The hotel also has parking, shared refrigerators on each floor, and a place to store snowboards and boots.

The restaurant's food was very good, and we enjoyed eating in its lovely garden. Breakfast was generous and excellent, too. The building feels a little dated, but it was very clean, and the friendly, helpful staff made my three-night stay an enjoyable one.
