The train station was about a 10-minute walk away, and the S5 made it easy to reach Frankfurt. We stayed two nights during the CPhI exhibition, when Frankfurt was fully booked and prices were very high. Bad Homburg was a great option: the owner charged the standard rate. Our room was clean, if a bit small, and had the basic things we needed. We didn't try breakfast.

The breakfast was delicious, with plenty of choice, and served in a cozy room. Nicolas also pointed us to a delicious dinner nearby. The park across the road and the bath house in the area suited our plans perfectly, and the location was central for everything we needed. Most of all, Nicolas's kindness, warm welcome, and attention to detail made our trip (9/29-9/30/13) unforgettable. We wished we could have stayed longer. Thanks again, and much success to you. V. The owner’s French flair and charismatic, helpful manner made the atmosphere really pleasant. The hotel itself feels very vintage, with old furniture and no modern touches.

I'm still on my first stay and already planning to extend it, then come back with my family. It's a friendly, quiet place, family-friendly too, and close to everything.

The staff were friendly, but it was very noisy. The beds had wheels for some reason, so even moving around the bed was difficult without shifting the whole thing.
