The spa, wellness area, gym and pool were all part of a great stay, and the food was perfect. Our clean, lovely deluxe room was on the 6th floor, and reception staff were helpful and polite. I also want to give a special mention to the massage therapists James and Nataliya. They’re professionals, and my experience with them was perfect. One thing really disappointed me: a waitress wouldn’t let me take photos at breakfast, even though I was only photographing the surroundings and food, quietly and without flash. We had a deluxe room, but nobody told us about the deluxe restart zone. Breakfast there is included for deluxe guests.

We had a really nice long weekend, and the friendly staff made my husband's birthday feel special with a lovely surprise: cake and Champagne. The food was good, the rooms were clean, and the huge wellness and spa area left us relaxed and satisfied. We’d happily recommend staying here.

The breakfast was a real highlight, fresh and with plenty to choose from. You can even ask for a special omelette. The hotel is large, and the sauna and pool area are good too. Our room was clean and okay, though a bit outdated. It seems geared more toward tourists, but it also works well for a business trip.

There’s everything you need here for a relaxing stay, and it’s in a nice town. Breakfast was amazing. The only drawback for me was that there’s no air conditioning. I’ll definitely stay here again when I’m in the area.
