Kaya Residence

The location is excellent, and the staff are friendly and helpful. The rooms are beautifully appointed and spacious.

The team were attentive and friendly, and made me feel welcome as soon as I arrived. The apartments are modern, tastefully furnished, and exceptionally clean, with comfortable amenities and a peaceful feel. Getting to the old town and train station from this central spot is easy. I felt completely at ease and would gladly return. A real gem in the heart of Bad Kreuznach, with hospitality that feels like more than just a promise. I'd recommend it for business trips, wellness stays, or a relaxing short break.

The hosts, the Kaya family, welcomed me so warmly that they even invited me to a delicious meal. It was my first stay at the Kaya Residence Hotel, in a very spacious superior apartment. Everything I needed was there: coffee and tea facilities, a kitchenette with a stove and dishwasher, a large living room, and a beautifully designed layout. There was also a smart TV with Netflix, Amazon Prime Video, and other services. I only wish I got to Bad Kreuznach more often, because I'd definitely stay there again.

The apartment felt welcoming as soon as we arrived, and the team was especially kind and helpful. I loved the tasteful, high-quality furnishings, and there was nothing else I could fault. I’d happily recommend it, especially to anyone who isn’t unusually sensitive to noise. I am very sensitive to sound, though, so I had gone ahead of time to pick a room with a bedroom away from the street. The bedroom suited me, but I could still hear a little traffic from the living room. The place is well soundproofed, and plenty of guests probably wouldn’t notice it. The apartment photos had already convinced me to visit.
