The room setup worked well for us: both rooms were spacious, with roomy bathrooms, plenty of storage, and nice balconies. One was on the first floor with a small balcony, the other on the third with a larger one. The balconies were separated only by glass or a flower pot, and ours upstairs was dirty, so don’t leave the doors open at night in summer. Amenities also differed between rooms. One had a fridge, the other a welcome kit. The beds had separate mattresses and duvets, German style, but just one square German-style pillow per guest. I slept badly for all three nights. Staff only mentioned later that normal pillows for tourists were available, which would have been useful to know when we arrived. The chiller froze our drinks, and we couldn’t work out how to adjust it. The adjustable lamp had MagSafe chargers. Towels were thin, and some were tattered. A few corners and the area behind the bathroom door were dusty, though I can understand that with only two cleaners. There’s a 24-hour room with vending machines, plates, glasses, and a microwave, so we could eat there without making our room smell. The machine ran out of sparkling water. Breakfast was okay, though the space felt a bit tight. I wish they’d restocked the croissants, which were the best thing there. I liked them with butter and cream cheese. We arrived late, and getting into the hotel and our rooms with the code was easy. There was no staff on site at night, but useful information was posted around the hotel. The staff we met were really nice, and a couple spoke English. The others were still warm and helpful. We could bring our dog for a fee. We paid 60 euros for 4D/3N and were given dog bowls. We were mistakenly charged for two dogs, but they reversed the extra charge. I’d recommend staying here if you’ll be out most of the day. It’s more affordable, leaving you money to spend elsewhere.

The rooms are spacious and modern, though the breakfast area didn’t feel very cozy. The town seemed more like a place for older people, with not much going on. The wellness facilities are in another building, which wasn’t very practical. It wasn’t what I was looking for.

We needed emergency accommodation on the way home from skiing and booked late. The reception staff were friendly and flexible, and the accommodation itself was a pleasant surprise. In the low season, it’s definitely good value for money. I recommend it.

Online check-in made things easy, and the codes to enter the building and room worked well. I really appreciate that kind of independence. I don’t need someone at reception all the time, especially since the staff were kind and helpful when needed. We asked for an electric kettle and got one, and breakfast was nice too. The hotel was quiet, clean, and comfortable, with straightforward check-in and check-out. I also used the chatbot on the hotel pages to check a few basic details, and it all worked. Great value for money.

It’s quiet and a good place to relax and rest. The room was very clean and large, and breakfast was good in a beautiful room. The Kurpark is right behind the hotel, with the spa nearby and the train station close too.
