The owner kindly offered us a free ride to the train station in their limousine when she heard our taxi was late, which we really appreciated. It’s a family-owned hotel, with big, updated rooms that look recently renovated. The hotel is close to the shopping street, just a stone’s throw away. The staff were friendly and helpful. One person couldn’t understand English, but she did her best to understand what I needed.

A pleasant hotel of upper-medium standard, with nice rooms, a good restaurant and pleasant staff. Breakfast was good too.

We were seven friends on a motorcycle trip to Harzen and stayed four nights. Our rooms were clean and in good condition, and the food was really good. We’d booked dinner with the rooms, and the hotel’s Schwarzbier was great too :)

A good place for a business stay. The rooms were clean and well heated, and breakfast was enough to get the day started.
