Definitely worth the drive. The homemade cakes were lovely, the coffee really good, and the staff friendly. Highly recommend!

The terrace was lovely, and breakfast had everything you need ❤️ The room was neat and comfortable, and there were even two little house turtles 😍 The lady was very nice and told us some lovely things. Great mountain views, close to Königsee and Berchtesgaden for visiting the Kehlsteinhouse and Dokumontatiecentrum. We didn't have dinner here, but the wine and beer were amazing!

We were at Cafe Pension Eckerbrunn from Sunday 1 Oct to Monday 2 Oct. The owners made us feel very welcome and were exceptionally friendly. Our room was spotless, and the buffet breakfast was excellent. Thank you, I highly recommend this pension!

We finished our Lake Constance-Königssee cycling tour here and had a pleasant stop. The landlady was friendly, and the quiet setting was a real plus. The room was clean and adequate for a night, with a great balcony view of Watzmann mountain. The decor, particularly in the café and breakfast room, has a rugged early 80s feel. For the price, though, the overall value didn't work out for us.
