Martin was a wonderful host, always answering questions and requests right away and with a pleasant manner. Our group found the location, presentation, and security of the building perfect. We also really appreciated having safe, off-street parking for our motorcycles.
They welcomed me warmly even though I booked late, and I felt safe and at home in this family hostel. My room and bathroom were sparkling clean, and I loved the stay. The breakfast was amazing, especially the fresh bread and eggs. I could eat those forever. I’ll definitely come back!
The room is cold because the heating is turned down, then switched off completely after 21:30. The receptionist said a water boiler can't be used here, basically telling me I couldn't bring one to my room, even though the sockets look normal. You can use his boiler, but the water tastes terrible. I didn't know that was possible. The water itself is fine, like everywhere in Germany.
Great for the price, and clean. The WiFi doesn't work, and there’s no 3G, 4G, or 5G in the area.
Good value, and the place was clean and tidy.
