The barrel sauna on the terrace was wonderful, very clean, and well kept. The apartment itself was fantastic too, spotlessly clean, and the landlord was incredibly kind and helpful. Thanks as well for letting us check out later. If we’re near Würzburg again, we’ll definitely return.

Calling this a “luxury apartment” is hard to understand. The bathroom smelled musty, there was no air conditioning, and the whole setup did not justify the label. Finding the entrance took a video and a good sense of direction. The whirlpool was just a bathtub with a few air jets and ridiculous LED lights. The barrel sauna sat in the “beautiful” paved garden, which was full of weeds and exposed to prying neighbors. See the photos from other guests. LUXURY: Luxury (from the Latin luccus; “abundant abundance, superfluous expenditure, gluttony”) refers to behaviors, expenditures, or assets that far exceed the average standard of living in a society.

Everything was smooth from check-in through departure, and the apartment was clean and comfortable. We had a fantastic stay. I highly recommend booking it if you’re in the area!

The private sauna in the garden was wonderful, and the place was great value for money. Highly recommended.
