The staff are VERY nice and welcoming, and the rooms are reasonably clean. The rooms are dated, but they make it feel like you’re part of historic events, and all the creaking is part of the charm. I was really worried on the stairs, though. They felt and looked like they might crumble.

It’s a small, cozy, warm place, lovingly maintained by the owner, and close to the train station. The Elvis fan theme takes you back to old times. It’s not a good fit if you prefer modern architecture, resorts, or big hotels.

The breakfast buffet was outstanding, and we had a very nice suite. The people are friendly while still giving you space to do your own thing. If you’re an Elvis Presley fan in the area, this lovely hotel on a beautiful little street in Bad Nauheim is a must stay. Parking takes some flexibility. Street spaces are very limited, so you might need to circle a block or two before parking and walking back.

The hotel is family run and in a very good spot in Bad Nauheim. I stayed for 20 days. The staff were friendly and kind, and the service was good, but that wasn’t always enough. There’s no 24-hour reception, which wasn’t helpful for a foreign tourist looking for information in a town where almost nobody speaks anything but German. The first few days were horrible. They were renovating, and nobody at the hotel had told me. The doors were also broken and wouldn’t lock. After five days, they moved me to a suite because of those problems, but charged me the difference on the bill. It’s a bit expensive for what it’s really worth.
