It’s so peaceful here, and the view is beautiful. The apartment is bright, clean, and has everything you need.

We could start bike rides along the canal right from the front door, and our dog was welcomed with his water bowl already filled. The owners were warm and helpful throughout. The apartment has the charm of the early 20th century, with lots of lovely details, but all the modern comforts too. We had a dream vacation here.

The house feels rustic and comfortable, with all the modern conveniences of home. It was very clean, and the staff were always welcoming and ready to answer questions. Local guides were available too. Inside is smoke-free, with plenty of designated areas outside, including covered spots. We loved winding down on the outdoor terrace in the huge garden, with the barbecue area and soft lighting. The lake behind the house is lovely for a stroll, and there’s no traffic noise. Shops, banks, all kinds of restaurants, and even bakeries open on Sundays are within walking distance. There’s also a lovely wide driveway. Everything is thought through, from a clothes rack to a kettle, toaster, oven, coffee maker, and more. The climate is comfortable in every season, warm in winter and pleasantly cool in summer. Highly recommended, very cozy and romantic.

The owners are so welcoming and happy to tell you about the area. There are interesting places to visit in every direction, and the bike paths are excellent, even for young children. Inside, the apartment has a one-of-a-kind old-time feel. All the little details make it feel like living and sleeping in another era.
