The place itself is cute and thoughtfully laid out, but the service was disappointing even with only a few tables occupied. We waited 40 minutes just to order, and we had a young child with us. After another 40 minutes without food, we asked if we could take it away instead of staying. The staff went from mildly friendly to arrogant and ignored us as much as they could. It then took over an hour to actually get the food. The sweet potato fries were mostly burnt, the regular fries were overcooked, and the chicken burger patty was burnt on one side. We used to order delivery, but that had started taking an hour and a half each time, so we thought we’d give eating there a try. After this experience, that service was very disappointing.

The atmosphere isn’t bad, but be prepared to wait as long as two hours for food. We waited an hour and a half and weren’t even allowed to cancel our order. The arrogant guy at the bar acted like it was our fault, without telling us beforehand that there was only one staff member in the kitchen. What a joke.

We waited 40 minutes for drinks, and the waitress assigned to us left without bringing anything or saying a word. When the order finally came, it was wrong: they’d brought a different drink from the one we asked for.

The service was good, but the burgers were thin and dry, and the fries tasted old, like they’d been fried again. I wouldn’t recommend eating here.
