One of the area’s best restaurants. The staff are happy to accommodate requests and make the meal feel easy and relaxed. Save a little room for dessert, it’s delicious!

Breakfast had everything I could want, and the restaurant food was superb. The team there were welcoming, friendly, attentive, and really efficient. The hotel itself is beautiful and peaceful, in a great spot. I could book the small but excellent sauna at short notice. I’ll definitely return. Thanks for a wonderful stay!

For our wedding anniversary, we booked a meal at Prümer Gang, and arranging it by email was easy. We loved the modern but timeless feel of the place. The food was superb and a real feast for the eyes, while the service was both friendly and excellent. We’d happily come back.

The main course was incredibly tasty, but it was the carefully prepared appetizers and desserts that really won me over. The dining room has a fantastic atmosphere, and the staff were attentive. A lovely fine dining evening for anyone who loves food. Thanks, we’ll be back! 🥰
