Boardinghouse by M&K

This is the best place I’ve ever stayed ❤️

The rooms are nice and clean.

The apartment felt spacious, with tasteful furnishings, a big TV, balcony and desk. The bathroom was roomy too, with a walk-in shower. In the kitchen there was a Nespresso machine, microwave, kettle and regularly replenished Nespresso capsules. It also had plenty of room for cooking and eating. Parking is available on site. Breakfast is served at the hotel, about a 7-minute walk away, and was excellent. The staff there were extremely friendly and helpful.

We’d gladly come back. The hosts have made this a very good alternative to a hotel, and the value for money is excellent. I’d give it 9/10 stars. The furnishings are upscale and well thought out, apart from the desk area, which has no separate light switch or lamp on the work surface. That’s not a major drawback, though. The bed has a firm mattress and hypoallergenic bedding, with large and half-size pillows. You can switch the bedside and reading lamps separately. There’s a large sofa with a chaise longue, stylish cushions and a cozy blanket. The bathroom is well equipped and has a shower, with a rain shower head as an option. The kitchen and dining area are very good, with an induction cooktop, microwave, plenty of cookware and cutlery, elegant dishes, toaster and Nespresso machine. Breakfast is an extensive buffet at the adjoining Hotel Bosse, just a short walk away, and is highly recommended. The neighboring "OLD TIMES" restaurant should be reminded that quiet hours start at 10:00 PM.
