Knoglerhof

For our two-year-old, the animals, the Meier family's two sons, and the tractor ride were the biggest holiday highlights. We stayed for two weeks in apartment 5 and wanted for nothing. The Meier family were so kind and ready to help whenever we had a question or request. We had a lovely time at the Knoglerhof and would gladly return. We highly recommend it.

We immediately felt at home thanks to the warm welcome from the Meier family. Our apartment was very clean, had everything we needed, and there was lots of room to store our bicycles. We spent two wonderful weeks at the Knoglerhof with our dog Amy. The location was special, with a fantastic view of the Rauschberg and the surrounding area. We had a great holiday and are already looking forward to next year.

The house is now on a cul-de-sac, so there’s no through traffic, and the Chiemgau Card gives access to many activities at a discount or for free. If you have questions, the owners are always available. Families can make use of the nearby little playground and grassy area, and the goats and chickens are always happy to have visitors. There’s also a barbecue area with dishes for guests. The morning bread roll delivery makes for an easy breakfast without going out. We’ve stayed twice and would happily return. There are apartments in different sizes, so it works for couples and families of all sizes. Nothing gets in the way of a lovely holiday.

The apartment was lovely and the setting very peaceful, with a direct view of the Rauschberg. It’s about a 10-minute bike ride to the town center. Highly recommended.
